Coho salmon, caught by Lynn Steyaart and the Honeywilya Fish crew, is all wild, responsibly caught using hook-n-line fishing methods. Each fish is individually caught, cleaned, packed on ice and then flash frozen in order to lock in freshness and provide the highest sushi grade quality.
Whole sides are perfect for a family, party, or other special events. Whole sides range greatly, but we will be selecting sides ranging from 1.5 to 3.0 pounds.

Coho, or Silver Salmon, with its orange-red flesh, firm texture and delicate flavor, is an excellent choice for any cooking method but often considered the best salmon for grilling.
